24-Hour Alarm Response
Our professional patrol service will respond to your monitored alarm system day or night. A patrolmen will be dispatched to your home immediately upon receiving notification from your alarm-monitoring service.
House Checks
We make a thorough inspection of each customer’s vacation home once a week. Our patrol person will ensure the security of all doors and windows. They look for evidence of forced entry, theft, vandalism, and damage caused by weather, power failures, animals, gas leaks, and defective plumbing or appliances. Should they find damage that can be corrected or minimized at the scene, they will take immediate action. Vacation home owners are notified of any problems that require their attention. Our patrol service leaves a written record of each visit to your home, indicating any dates, names, observations and actions taken.
Sign Posting
We will post distinctive Lake Arrowhead Security signs which warn a potential intruder that your home is protected by 24-HOUR ALARM RESPONSE.

Perimeter Patrol Service
Our DRIVE BY SERVICE provides routine drive-by checks of your residence and a weekly perimeter check of the exterior of the home. Your uniformed patrol person will check for broken windows, downed trees, animal damage, or other problems that may have arisen during the previous week. You will immediately be notified of anything requiring your attention. In addition to patrol and perimeter checks, DRIVE BY SERVICE includes the following: 24 Hour Alarm Response, Complimentary Security Inspections, Key Holding, Sign Posting and Total Access to ALL services offered by Lake Arrowhead Security’s patrol services.

A specially priced security package that offers a wide array of services and home owner options.
24-HOUR ALARM RESPONSE: Patrol service will respond to your monitored alarm system day or night. Our uniformed patrolmen are dispatched to your home immediately upon receiving a signal from your alarm monitoring service. Our patrol will make duplicates of your house keys and maintain them in a secure key vault. If access to your home is needed in an emergency, a patrolman can perform that service for you. Also, keys can be made available to family members or friends, at your direction. SIGN POSTING: Your RESPONSE PLUS service includes the posting of distinctive Lake Arrowhead Security signs that warn a potential intruder that your home is protected by 24-HOUR PATROL RESPONSE.
